Training with Kyle:
Two weeks before Rocking Horse Spring Horse Trials. While focusing on quality of gaits, Retto's head is not in the game. He plays the distracted teenager in wed. lesson so they threw some bank, ramp and ditch combos into the mix and he gets his game face back. Ash rides strong and they are brilliant by lessons end.

Training with Kyle:
These are from sat. training with Kyle Carter. We will be squeezing in what lessons we can with him this spring since he will be leaving in the summer for ...drumroll please........Bejing! Yep thats right. He will be competing in the Olympics in China. My guess is that we will be cheering for US and Canada this year as Kyle is from Ontario.

Oh, Happy Day!
After 6 weeks in a coma and 10 months of rehab for physical and neurological injuries he greeted her with a laugh and said "You changed your hair but I recognize that face." They talked nonstop for almost 2 hours. She said a weight has been lifted. All the fears of him not remembering her and things never being the same were wiped away with a smile and a greeting. He told her what to be working on and that he would be back to check on her. A happy day indeed.
