Happy New Year

Christmas Eve:

The kids put on a very entertaining program. Really the best yet (except for maybe the part where Austin spiked baby Jesus).

The rest of our evening was spent piled onto one bed in our new jammies and watching the Christmas Story. That is definitely one of my favorite movies!
Our Christmas day was spent enjoying each other and venturing out into the wonderful storm that came through. (There are alot of wet clothes in the laundry area.)

Andre...I mean Andrew has found his sport. After dabbling in golf and basketball he has found a game he is excited about.

The thing about Pony Club is- no matter what you plan for this group of kids, whether it is making pizzas or going on a scavenger hunt they will come up with a game of their own. It will always have a physical component and carry with it the likelihood that you will pee your pants from laughing too hard.

Without a ladder.

Ashley and her buddy Vanessa spent last Sunday at a USEA clinic. The clinician was Sara Kozumplik-Dierks. Retto was a little ouchy so Phanny was pulled out of retirement. She was such a good pony that Sara had Ashley and Phanny leading the spooky horses over the scarey stuff.
