Day 2 cont-
I cant think of an adequate explanation for this picture. We have laughed so much about it that I had to share. Great day at a small lake in the Cascade Mountains!

Sorry have to skip day 1 because I shot raw files. Ashley starts day 2 by learning to pull a transmission out of a boat. She is a grease head now. And very proud of it I might add.

Last night I followed Ashley on her evening ride. She and Retto canter through the woods and around the lake. This is their down time to stay fit for fall but no stressful work. I would call it quality time.

24 hours of Harry Potter Magic! What a fun bunch of young people. They inspire me! Although I do have to say that I had trouble wrapping my brain around the movie.

Leah and Andrew sort out whether to try the dirt, vomit or ear wax bean, then settle on the grass and soap ones. Ick!

Two hours in line 'with' an appointment did not put a damper on this girls experience at the DMV! Greatest part, other than passing the driving test, was that she got to have her beautiful pink hair in her driver's license photo! How cool is that?

She celebrates by getting more blingage. Ouch!

Recent tracking indicates that Austin is very active in NOLE COUNTRY. He sends me the obligatory texts each day but I can tell he is transitioning quite smoothly.

Developing a somewhat amiable relationship with Photoshop. Playing here with some photos of Ash at the beach yesterday and some textures and overlays developed by Sandy Puc'. I know I overused the bird, but it's just so COOL!

Cumberland Island, St. Mary GA.

Ash and I took a stroll down the Riverwalk in Sanford last night. We photographed the marina and ate cheese sticks. Very Nice!

Though I struggle to let go of your hand, I know in my heart that you are ready to take on the world.
