Two hours in line 'with' an appointment did not put a damper on this girls experience at the DMV! Greatest part, other than passing the driving test, was that she got to have her beautiful pink hair in her driver's license photo! How cool is that?

She celebrates by getting more blingage. Ouch!

Recent tracking indicates that Austin is very active in NOLE COUNTRY. He sends me the obligatory texts each day but I can tell he is transitioning quite smoothly.

Ash and I took a stroll down the Riverwalk in Sanford last night. We photographed the marina and ate cheese sticks. Very Nice!

She also helps to run the auditions. This is all part of an internship she is doing with the Model Productions Agency. It lasts until June 6 and she will be able to put this on her resume and have a chance at earning a contract with the agency to represent her. Her days off are spent running through muddy water with her ponies so dont worry about her getting too girly. (She did paint Luka's nails pink so I am worried he is too girly!)

Something new: OK, so it all started when I dared Ashley to breach security and strut her stuff on a runway they had at the mall for modeling and acting auditions. She ducked under the ropes, walked past the security and did her best Louie Vuitton strut right down to the judge and struck a pose. I nearly fell to the floor. Long story short, they loved her and said you have to come back for the judging, she won they signed her on as an intern and now she's headed for the finals. YIKES.
So just to be funny we sent Austin down the runway and he created quite a commotion in the mall when he started to take his shirt off in front of the judge. "Who raised these kids andyway?!"
So he won the talent category and apparently has a possible future with the Chippendales but he didnt hang around to hear about it because he had to hit the food court.

Happy Mothers Day! I hope your children make you laugh and keep you young and a little off kilter like mine do.

Lake Mary Prom:

The kids with their large black party bus travel to the Buena Vista Palace at Disney for prom and are greeted by a mariachi band. Austin said it was incredible. Afterwards they were delivered to the Oceanfront Hotel in Daytona Beach for the night and jet skis the next day. This Generation Y really knows how to party.

Congratulations to Austin! He was recently recognized in a ceremony at school for being eligible to graduate with honors. We are proud of all your hard work Austin. Job well done.
